Consultation
The Business will provide the Client with a consultation of services prior to beginning. The Client agrees to pay for the services discussed during the consultation. Service prices are available upon request.
No Refunds
The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Services unconditionally. Services are impossible to return limiting the business's ability to refund the customer. If the Customer leaves the salon with wet hair, they assume liability for the state of the color and integrity of the hair. It is the Customer's responsibility to express any possible concerns regarding their hair before leaving the salon.
Nature of Services
The Client acknowledges they are receiving a chemical service which alters the natural state of their hair and scalp. Chemical services may cause discomfort or irritation. Allergies, medications, and past chemical services should be disclosed by the Client to the Business. The Client releases the Business from any and all liability.
Day of Appointment
The Client should arrive alone to their appointment. The Client's hair should be clean and dry. The Client should not wash their hair the day of their appointment. The Business is unable to accommodate space for additional guests or children not receiving a service from the Business.
No show/ cancellation policy
As stated upon booking a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Lack of notification or a no show will result in a charge for the services scheduled.
